Coach Ralph has been the head coach since 2005. He has
been a volunteer coach with PAL since 1999. Several youth
have made it to National tournaments with the Ft. Pierce Pal,
under the guidance of Coach Ralph. In the open division
for 2008 LENROY THOMPSON has won the USA Boxing National
Championships Super Heavyweight class.
Boxers learn the fundamentals of boxing and self defense all
in one. The PAL center has a professional boxing ring, six
heavy bags, three speed bags, jump ropes and gloves. If
you train and attend regularly, PAL pays for most of the
out-of-town tournaments when you make the traveling team.
We do not tolerate bad attitudes, cursing or horse play.
