The PAL track and field program is a youth track and field program dedicated to the development of young athletes. Through social and athletic interaction, our athletes are trained to compete at the highest level possible in everything they do. We stress both academic and athletic achievement.
The program focuses on instruction, education and development of the fundamentals of track and field for all levels of skill and interest. Serious fun and fitness for the younger athletes and those new to the sport.

Training: Tuesday and Thursday
